Earl Baker

Related to his public service, Earl also taught at Temple University. Prior to that he was Staff Associate of the American Political Science Association in Washington, D.C., and was a naval officer. He has an A.B. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from American University in Washington, D.C.
Later, he served as Vice President of the Unisys Corporation for five years, and President of Presbyterian Homes for five years. He then founded his own firm, Earl Baker Consulting, which provides government relations, marketing and strategic planning to his clients. Earl was recently the President, and remains a member, of the Chester County Library System Board.
He and his wife Jackie live in West Chester. They have two grown children, son Todd and daughter Toby, and a grandson Hayden.
